Housekeeping Staff Department: Environmental Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Canton - GA Compensation: $12.00 / hour Description Housekeeping Staff duties include maintaining proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, disposing of trash and bio-hazard waste, cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, and performing other job‑related duties as required. The role also includes laundry and floor maintenance responsibilities. Housekeeping Staff Key Duties As the Housekeeper: Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility. Dispose of trash, bio-hazard waste, and other materials. Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Perform other job‑related duties as required. As the Laundry Staff: Process the linen for the facility and personal resident clothing. Operate commercial washers and dryers. Perform other job‑related duties as required. As the Floor Tech: Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility. Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto‑scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side‑to‑side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine. Perform other job‑related duties as required. Housekeeping Staff Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1-year long‑term care, hospital, or healthcare experience preferred.
