Pay and Benefits

Depending on experience, total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $200,000+ - competitive base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses.

Skills and Experience

• Strong residential HVAC knowledge - you've been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

What You'll Do

You'll run residential HVAC service and repair calls - including the tough ones. You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.

Day to day, that means:

• Diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues across a range of equipment - furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, boilers.
• Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns.
• Walking homeowners through their options - repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements - so they can make an informed decision.
• Owning your numbers. You'll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.

Service Professionals serves homeowners across central and northern New Jersey, with shops in Union and Little Falls.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
