Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing the daily operations of the parts department in collaboration with the Parts Manager.
• Order, receive, inspect, and properly stock truck and trailer parts, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Distribute parts to technicians and accurately bill parts to the appropriate repair orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder parts to maintain adequate stock and prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly organized and readily accessible.
• Create, review, and monitor work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and management regarding parts availability and inventory needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Previous experience with truck, trailer, automotive, or heavy-duty parts is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and/or parts management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday–Friday
• Weekly compensation based on experience
