ABOUT AXION FIBER SOLUTIONS

Axion Fiber Solutions was founded by Rob Dyer and Gary Pearson with a shared goal: to build a people-focused sales company where individuals have the support and opportunity to pursue both financial success and a better quality of life.

Rob knows what it means to work hard and still feel like there isn’t enough time left over. After years in restaurant ownership, he found an opportunity in sales that allowed him to earn while enjoying more time for family and travel. He wanted to help others pursue that same kind of freedom.

Gary brings extensive experience in telecommunications and sales leadership, including leadership roles with Verizon and Spectrum. He helped lead Spectrum’s top-ranked door-to-door team and has managed and developed sales organizations.

Together, Rob and Gary created Axion to combine real-world sales experience with hands-on coaching, personal development and an entrepreneurial opportunity. Their goal is to help motivated people grow their skills, work toward their financial goals and build a life that works for them.

Thanks,
Rob Dyer
