At Floyd's 99 Barbershop , we're hiring a detail-oriented and customer service-driven person as a full-time Front Desk Host ! Help keep the party going at our Alexandria, VA barbershop.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

This customer service role keeps our shop running smoothly by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and taking messages for staff. You speak with customers about their desired services and give them pricing information, upselling treatments or products when possible.
