Spring Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Hospitality Aides to support our care team and residents while you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). What You'll Do (AKA: Your Everyday Superpowers)

Support Resident Well-Being:

• Assist residents with daily activities like meals, hydration, companionship, and mobility-no hands-on care required at this stage.
• Provide warm, friendly interactions that brighten our residents' days.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Be a Key Part of the Team:

• Work closely with CNAs and nurses to learn care routines and protocols.
• Provide updates and observations about residents' well-being to the nursing team.
• Pitch in where needed to help our community run smoothly.

Train to Become a CNA (We'll Help!):

• Enroll in a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, fully supported by our team.
• Receive hands-on experience and mentorship as you prepare to take your certification exam.
• Transition to a CNA role with us upon successful completion!

What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Great Attitude)

No Experience? No Problem!

• No CNA certification is required to start-we'll train you.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A heart for helping others and a strong desire to grow in senior care.

Skills & Strengths:

• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, respectful approach with residents.

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident movement under supervision.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.

Salary: $15.19 - $17.63*

$2.00/Hour PM Shift Differential

$4.00/Hour NOC Shift Differential
