Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children, identifying their strengths and areas needing support.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, ensuring that each child is receiving the appropriate support tailored to their developmental trajectory.

• Provide ongoing guidance and resources for families, fostering a supportive environment that promotes their child’s learning and development.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding child welfare and social work practices.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies to engage families effectively.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies that optimize outcomes for the children we serve.

• Maintain comprehensive records of assessments, interventions, and family interactions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children—specifically those with disabilities or developmental delays—ages birth to three. You will work closely with these young clients and their families, providing tailored support that considers their unique situations and promoting a nurturing environment for learning and growth. Your expertise will help children acquire critical skills across multiple domains including physical, cognitive, and social/emotional development.
