About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to a nearby affiliated facility as needed to support staffing demands

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact equivalent
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is required
• Must be available for no more than 3 days of requested time off during the assignment
• Must be willing to float to a nearby affiliated facility as needed
• Local candidates are welcome

• Prior experience in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Strong adaptability and ability to work effectively across multiple care settings

• Opportunity to support a high-need winter staffing initiative with a structured 8-week contract and a defined schedule
• Expected 72 hours of clinical work biweekly, providing consistent hours throughout the assignment
