Assistant Director Of Annual Giving And Advancement OperationsDuties and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary administrator of the Raiser's Edge donor database, ensuring optimal use, accuracy, and system integrity across the Advancement Office.Oversee all aspects of gift entry, acknowledgment, and processing workflows, partnering closely with the Business Office to ensure timely reconciliation and audit-ready records.Maintain data accuracy through routine audits, clean-up initiatives, and ongoing system enhancements (including constituent records, relationships, and giving history).Build, generate, and maintain regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership, Board reporting, and campaign tracking.Manage key data processes including moves management, salutation updates, soft credits, pledge tracking, and Annual Report data preparation.Support automation of recurring database functions and troubleshoot technical issues across integrated platforms as needed.Ensure the Raiser's Edge system is used consistently as the central tool for data management, reporting, communication tracking, and advancement operations.Prepare and manage annual reporting for DASL and FCIS.Biographical changes to all RE records.Supporting team with monthly LYBUNT/SYBUNT lists.Building Queries and Managing Data Exports.Owning creation of monthly/quarterly/annual pledge reminders.Financial Reporting for Annual Fund, Capital Campaign, Board of Trustees.Segmented Constituent Reporting.List Serve Pulls.Comparative Reporting.Other duties as assignedRequirementsBasic QualificationsFive or more years of relevant administrative experience, preferably at an independent school or non-profit.An understanding of annual fund, pipeline development, and engagement methods.Comfort in both donor-facing situations and behind-the-scenes planning and execution.A passion for making a difference, connecting with people, and driving results in support of the school's mission.Additional QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Proficiency with donor databases, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge preferred.Strong interpersonal and communications skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative environment and be flexible in response to evolving priorities.Exceptional organizational and planning skills.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while being detail focused.
