Aptus Home Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Parts & Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing operations team. This position is essential to keeping our technicians productive by ensuring parts, materials, and equipment are where they need to be when they need them.

Responsibilities

As the Parts & Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Picking up parts and materials from local suppliers 
• Delivering parts, equipment, and materials to technicians at job sites 
• Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory 
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and tracking stock levels 
• Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse 
• Assembling shelving, storage systems, office furniture, and other equipment as needed 
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment 
• Assisting with warehouse organization and continuous improvement projects 
• Keeping company vehicles clean and organized 
• Supporting technicians and office staff with operational needs 
• Performing general warehouse duties and facility upkeep 

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Reliable transportation to and from work 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks 
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic 
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic computer applications 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience 
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction 
• Familiarity with inventory management systems 
• Experience using hand and power tools
