Senior Debt Products Manager - Commercial Real Estate

**You have demonstrated expertise** in Underwriting/Credit Approval/Loan Closing: working all aspects of the credit life cycle, including ability to lead credit underwriting process, provide experienced judgement on risk factors and structuring recommendations. Prepare analysis, materials and memos for internal presentation, including New Deal Prescreens and Loan Presentation documents. Oversee loan closings and third party due diligence in coordination with internal teams and external counsel. Accountable for accuracy of loan approval documents and legal documents. Interact directly with clients in collaboration with Client Management team to ensure detailed understanding of new transaction requests and meet timing expectations.
