Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support procurement and sourcing projects from initiation through completion
• Maintain accurate project records, including part numbers, cost savings data, project ownership, and approval documentation
• Track project milestones, identify overdue activities, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely project execution
• Monitor engineering resource assignments, reviews, and project readiness requirements
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and PMO teams to secure required approvals and close outstanding actions
• Support cost-reduction and tariff-saving initiatives by maintaining business case templates and validating assumptions
• Prepare management reports summarizing project status, cost savings, completed initiatives, and future opportunities
• Independently execute sourcing activities while considering impacts across the end-to-end supply chain
• Implement sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Participate in commodity and category strategy development
• Analyze sourcing and purchasing processes to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency
• Present sourcing recommendations and findings to leadership teams
• Support vendor management, market analysis, price benchmarking, and sourcing model development
• Lead analysis projects and provide guidance to less experienced sourcing professionals
• Negotiate supplier agreements and selected contracts
• Develop and maintain productive supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and risk management requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD)
