Financial Solutions Advisor - NE Georgia

Overview Bank of America seeks a licensed financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. The role emphasizes client relationship building, financial planning, and risk management within a regulated, in‑office environment. Job Responsibilities Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan that includes brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking/money‑managed solutions. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs. Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended. Schedule Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. The role requires in‑office attendance in accordance with Bank of America’s workplace policy. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series7 and Series66 (Series63 or 65 may be substituted for 66 with a passing score within 60 days). At least one year of experience in an investment or financial services environment, including training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year of experience working in a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Showcase learning agility, thorough regulatory due diligence, and ability to integrate client‑specific strategies. Desired Qualifications Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment. At least three years of experience in a financial service or sales role with proven goal achievement. Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC. Insurance licenses. Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education.
