Key Responsibilities Manage and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and accounting software Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for clients Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation preparation Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments Conduct audits of financial records to identify discrepancies Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations Technical Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently in a remote setting Basic knowledge of financial reporting principles Proactive problem-solving mindset Willingness to pursue CPA certification (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlanta Financial Partners
