Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $18.38 / hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: On-site / Plant Facility

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our production equipment and facility systems. In this role, you will execute both emergency repairs during production and routine preventive maintenance (PM) to keep plant operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a strong multi-craft background across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Repair & Service: Perform emergency unscheduled repairs on production machinery during operational shifts and complete scheduled preventive maintenance during service intervals.
• Multifunctional Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production lines; replace or repair defective parts and test adjustments.
• Technical Documentation: Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, schematics, and diagrams to perform required maintenance routines.
• Machinist & Tool Usage: Perform simple machinist duties and safely utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Detect and report faulty operations or unusual equipment behavior to supervision; strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations, PPE standards, and 5S clean work area guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated skill working with mechanical drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electric meters.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, technical manuals, and safety guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving ability, physical stamina for an industrial environment, and a safety-first mindset.

Pay Details: $18.38 per hour
