Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems

• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance program (PMs)
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Identify potential equipment failures and recommend improvements

• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and efficiently
• Use diagnostic tools and schematics to identify root causes
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime

• Assist with installation of new machinery and equipment
• Perform equipment modifications and upgrades as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Follow all OSHA, company, and plant safety protocols
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and within compliance standards
• Participate in safety programs and audits

This is a Permanent position based out of READING, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
