Job Summary

Northside Hospital Cherokee is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The MRI Tech will perform high-quality MRI examinations while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with departmental protocols. This position supports a busy imaging department utilizing Siemens MRI equipment.

Responsibilities
Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and department protocols.
Ensure patient safety and proper MRI screening procedures.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation.
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and imaging staff.
Operate and maintain MRI equipment while following safety standards.
Provide exceptional patient care during imaging procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Years of Recent MRI Experience.
ARRT (MRI) Certification Required.
Current AHA BLS Certification Required.
Experience in hospital-based MRI settings preferred.
Ability to work independently on night shift.
