This role exists to monitor the market and competition, plan product programs, and guide models from concept through to launch, ensuring flawless execution and commercial success.What you will be doing:Lead product planning from concept through launch, ensuring products deliver against brand strategy and commercial objectivesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product strategy and specificationsDevelop robust product plans including specifications, pricing strategy, and volume forecastsPartner closely with Sales Planning to align pricing, volumes, and market readinessCoordinate cross‑functional teams across Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and dealers to deliver launch milestones on time and on budgetRepresent US market needs within global product teams and planning forumsMaintain the product planning calendar and manage model lifecycle plansIdentify risks early and proactively resolve issues that could impact product delivery or launch readinessAnalyze post‑launch performance and share insights with US and global stakeholders to optimize ongoing commercial performanceLead and develop a team of Product Analysts across multiple programs within the brandOwn overall planning for all models within the brand, providing inputs into OXO, Fold, and PPVMT processesAct as the primary US interface for global planning interactions and interdependencies for the RR product lineupWhat you will need:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline;5+ years of professional experience related to the roleStrong experience in product planning and go‑to‑market processesProven ability to work with pricing, forecasting, and volume planningHighly organized with strong execution discipline and attention to detailCommercial mindset with the ability to balance customer, brand, and financial prioritiesExcellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfort working in complex, global, cross‑functional environmentsLeadership experience, with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire teamsSchedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors.
