About the Role:
The Operations Account Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail trade activities by serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The representative will analyze account performance and provide insights to optimize operations and drive sales growth. Additionally, they will collaborate with various departments to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to foster strong relationships with clients while contributing to the overall success of the retail operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, performance, and opportunities for growth to management.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the start.

Analytical skills are also crucial, as the representative will need to assess account performance and identify trends to inform decision-making. Proficiency in CRM software will facilitate efficient account management and tracking of client interactions.
