About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion, both organically and through acquisitions, and must be prepared to partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit healthcare services, with a focus on establishing and driving key analytics and performance metrics in fast-paced, high-growth environments. A hands-on, player/coach management style and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in a private equity-backed business, particularly in managing banking relationships, cash flow, and a leveraged balance sheet, is highly valued. The CFO will also be involved in the active acquisition and integration process, making this experience an asset.
