JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Service Center Riverside - Downtown. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, completing final paperwork before delivery, handling total loss administration, and communicating post‑repair plans and vehicle status updates while adhering to safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Write estimates for collision repairs. Conduct process reviews and ensure compliance with safety and company guidelines. Check in customer vehicles and document condition. Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice). Finalize total loss administration. Communicate post‑repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience. Sales experience preferred. Age 21 years or older. Valid driver’s license and eligible for company insurance coverage. ABILITIES, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50lbs. Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced knowledge of repair processes and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
