Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science, along with a certificate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program
• Registration or registry eligibility with ARRT is required (must obtain registration within one year of graduation)
• Valid Massachusetts State license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum of two years' experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer precise and safe radiation treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist
• Operate within established organizational and departmental procedures
• Ensure patient safety and provide compassionate care throughout therapy sessions
