Role Summary We are seeking a full‑time Teller to join our team. Success in this role relies on strong time management, organization, and a positive attitude. What you’ll do Deliver excellent customer service through attentiveness, active listening, and a positive banking environment. Process all banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, GL tickets, wires, cashier’s checks, and savings bonds. Balance the teller drawer daily. Assist customers with debit card maintenance, creation, and printing. Support digital banking needs, answer phones, and provide general financial services information. Compile information and documentation for stop pays, account closings, and system entry. Act in accordance with all required banking and regulatory requirements. Perform work under direct supervision, handling basic issues and referring more complex matters to higher‑level staff. What you need to be successful Strong customer service skills. 0‑2 years direct experience as a Teller or similar financial services position. Cash‑handling experience. Intermediate Excel skills. Self‑starter with problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Quick learner and adaptable. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Effective oral and written communication skills.
