What you will do as a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor :
- Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- A bachelor's degree in education, math, or a degree in a related field
- A full-time educator looking for additional work after school
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Pre-Calculus
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
