What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operational execution for both the direct-to-consumer and wholesale businesses Support merchandising, forecasting, and planning efforts that ensure the right SKUs are in-stock at the right time across all channels Oversee inbound freight across the US, Europe, and Asia Manage multiple third-party warehouse partners globally, including our primary US 3PL and international fulfillment nodes Monitor the company’s operational analytics and KPIs to surface key business insights and drive decision-making Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities across the supply chain Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners Oversee the Customer Experience team, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of customer issues What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field 4–10 years of operations experience in a consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or eCommerce environment Experience managing 3PL partners and global freight (US, Europe, Asia) Strong command of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain fundamentals Experience supporting both DTC (Shopify or similar) and wholesale channel operations Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel; comfort building and maintaining operational dashboards Proven ability to manage external vendors and hold partners accountable to SLAs #J-18808-Ljbffr Fuego
