Job requirements include:
* Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred
* Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
* Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred

* Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist
* Assist the Occupational Therapist in obtaining vital signs, ranges of motion, and strength testing
* Coordinate with other members of the Rehabilitation team to implement activities and programs based on participants’ individual treatment plans
* Handle scheduling of participants’ treatments, clinical visits, and billing
* Document occupational therapy interventions in accordance with established care plans including but not limited to the use of devices, techniques, and activities to promote muscle re-education, perceptual-motor and cognitive function, balance, and endurance, and other factors affecting independence in performing ADLs

Job requirements include: 
* Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) associate’s degree from an accredited program
* Valid California OTA license, or proof of license eligibility
* OTA knowledge necessary to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs
