As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of a small, yet resourceful team, providing exceptional care in labor and delivery, mother-baby, newborn nursery, and couplet care. You will also have the opportunity to work with gynecology surgery patients and may occasionally float to Med/Surg to assist with various tasks.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and provide care for laboring patients, triages, and mother-baby care
• Collaborate with LPNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Utilize your skills in fetal heart monitoring and neonatal resuscitation to support safe deliveries
• Assist with vitals, medication administration, and documentation as needed
• Ensure all initial assessments are validated and provide guidance to LPNs in their supportive roles
• Engage with the Transfer Coordinator for additional support in emergencies

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications
• Need 1 year experience in setting
