Pharmacist In Charge

As Pharmacist-in-Charge for the Orlando facility you will hold ultimate accountability for site performance, quality, and regulatory compliance Establish and ensure clear performance standards and accountability across compounding and call center functions Drive daily production output back up toward target volumes through hands‑on operational leadership Partner closely with the site's Quality Lead, who owns day‑to‑day quality/regulatory execution Manage site‑level P&L, staffing, and operational KPIs Build toward the organization's broader growth targets as the site scales toward full production capacity Job Requirements Active pharmacist license (Florida required, additional state licensure a plus but not required) Demonstrated experience leading and scaling pharmacy or compounding operations teams Strong track record of driving accountability and performance improvement within an operational team Compounding experience strongly preferred with sterile compounding experience a plus (non-sterile experience acceptable) Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy after an initial onboarding/support period Clear, concise communication style; data and KPI-driven approach to management #J-18808-Ljbffr
