Remote Telehealth RN for Harm-Reduction SUD Care

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse aligned with Harm Reduction principles for a 100% remote position. The successful candidate will assist patients receiving buprenorphine-based treatment for opioid use disorder and work closely with a Care Team. Responsibilities include providing compassionate patient engagement via telehealth, coordinating healthcare needs, and ensuring effective communication. Candidates must hold an active RN license and have at least 2 years of outpatient substance use disorder experience.
