Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and client evaluations to understand mental health challenges, employing tools such as standardized assessment instruments and interview techniques. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at personal growth and recovery. \n
- Provide individual therapy sessions, using modalities that best fit each client's needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or emotionally focused therapy. \n
- Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may have transportation limitations or prefer remote access to mental health services. \n
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality laws. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of current trends in marriage and family therapy. \n
Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with a range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment difficulties. You will support clients from diverse backgrounds, encouraging them in their journey towards recovery, and facilitating discussions around coping strategies and interpersonal skills development.

- Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory. \n

- Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
