Our client is a well-established precision manufacturing company specializing in firearms manufacturing, serving regulated industries with high-quality machining, inspection, and operational excellence standards

Job Description

• Lead and support ISO 9001 internal and external audits
• Manage corrective actions and perform root cause analysis using 8D methodologies
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Support quality activities related to CNC and CMM inspection equipment
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues
• Review and approve PPAPs and First Article Inspections (FAIs)
• Communicate quality standards and problem-solving initiatives across cross-functional teams

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree Preferred
• ISO 9001 auditor
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR requirements
• Must be eligible to obtain or possess a valid Illinois FOID card
• No sponsorship provided
