Green Heat VT, a Mitsubishi Elite Diamond Dealer in Jericho, Vermont, is hiring a full-time Comfort Advisor to lead in-home sales consultations with homeowners upgrading or replacing their heating and cooling systems. You will assess existing systems, design solutions, present proposals, and guide customers through financing, incentives, and rebates across Chittenden County. This is a year-round position with no seasonal layoffs. Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services Working knowledge of Mitsubishi heat pump systems (ductless, ducted, multi-zone) Ability to complete and explain Manual J or equivalent load calculations Valid Vermont driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable with CRM software and digital proposal tools What we offer: flexible compensation (salary plus commission or full commission), vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement, paid time off and holidays, a four-day work week, and ongoing product training and manufacturer certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Heat VT
