Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Remote-first with occasional on-site requirements for all-staff meetings, approximately twice annually. Indiana candidates preferred.Reports to: Director of Customer SuccessDepartment: Customer ExperiencePosition OverviewSecured Tech is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and analytics supporting our customer and revenue lifecycles. As the companys primary HubSpot administrator and operational data steward, this role partners with department and executive leaders to translate approved business requirements into governed systems, scalable workflows, reliable data, and actionable reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Systems and Data GovernanceServe as primary HubSpot administrator, managing system architecture, workflows, user access, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding changes.Maintain reliable, reportable customer and revenue data through data-quality controls, monitoring, and reporting.Manage the assigned revenue-system portfolio, including applications, vendors, licenses, users, costs, renewals, routine administration, and support escalations.Maintain system roadmaps, documentation, continuity procedures, and a prioritized improvement backlog; identify opportunities to improve utilization, reduce duplication, simplify workflows, and control costs.Revenue Processes and Customer HealthPartner with functional leaders to translate approved pricing, discounting, approval, system-design, and financial-control requirements into scalable processes.Define lifecycle stages, required information, ownership, handoffs, and service-level standards; maintain exception workflows with clear escalation, resolution, and audit requirements.Design, monitor, and report on the Company Health Score, providing teams with timely, actionable visibility into customer risk and operational exceptions.Reporting and Decision SupportPartner with department experts to develop approved metrics, role-appropriate dashboards, and decision-support views; maintain a controlled reporting inventory and manage consolidation, redesign, migration, and retirement.Provide analytics supporting business reviews, forecasting, and capacity planning.Deliver required ADP repair underwriter reporting to Finance on established schedules.Integrations, Project Delivery, and EnablementLead cross-functional project execution for approved revenue-process and systems initiatives, including integrations.Own business-facing integration monitoring, exception documentation, user acceptance testing, and reconciliation confirmation.Coordinate representative-user pilots, release communications, training, adoption monitoring, enhanced launch support, and controlled rollback planning.Maintain user-facing SOPs, training materials, and change history and audit documentation for material releases.AI Operations and GovernanceIdentify and evaluate AI opportunities in revenue and customer workflows based on business value, cost, effort, and risk.Administer the AI Function Register and supporting lifecycle records under governance established by the Director of Customer Success, documenting ownership, configurations, data use, human-review requirements, testing, monitoring, costs, rollback, and retirement.Coordinate AI pilots and regression testing following material changes; monitor quality, exceptions, incidents, customer feedback, adoption, costs, and realized benefits. Maintain approved configuration and testing artifacts in GitHub and applicable user training in Trainual.QualificationsBasic Qualifications35 years of experience in revenue operations, data analytics, business systems, data operations, or a related field.Hands-on CRM administration experience, including fields, associations, workflows, permissions, reporting, and data governance.Experience with metric definitions, dashboards, exception workflows, reconciliation, and data-quality controls.Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or Zapier.Experience using AI tools in a business context (including an ability to evaluate AI output critically, and a basic understanding of guardrails and risk)Preferred QualificationsHubSpot administration experience with a strong understanding of its data model, custom objects, custom applications, and AI-enabled solutions.Experience using Celigo to automate workflows and integrate systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, or Shopify.Experience administering AI features within a SaaS platformFamiliarity with AI prompt design and workflow configurationEssential Functions and Work Environment This role requires the ability to:Work at a computer for extended periods, using standard office equipment to manage systems, build reports, and review data.Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with stakeholders across departments, leadership, and vendors.Sustain focus on detail-oriented work such as data audits, workflow configuration, and reconciliation.Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, especially during releases, integrations, or reporting cycles.Travel occasionally (approximately twice annually) for in-person, all-staff meetings.This is a remote-first role, performed primarily from a home office with occasional on-site meetings.
