As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll balance accounts, solve payment discrepancies, and prepare insightful reports while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals who value teamwork and positivity. Essential Job Functions Assist corporate financial officers and branch personnel as needed. Balance accounts receivable in EPS vs IMS. Assist with bank reconciliation and balancing. Assist with month‑end closing processes. Prepare analysis of accounts as required. Apply customer payments. Research and solve payment discrepancies. Process credit card payments and credits. Make adjustments to accounts as needed. Prepare weekly manual deposits. Prepare weekly reports for management. Prepare notices to customers. Perform filing and copying. Develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Education/Experience 1+ years of accounts receivable experience required. High school diploma or equivalent.
