Join one of the nation's oldest family-owned furniture retailers! Kimbrell's is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service and guide customers through purchases
• Build relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Meet sales goals through consultative selling and product knowledge
• Promote financing options, warranties, and additional products
• Maintain showroom appearance and assist with merchandising
• Accurately complete sales transactions and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, motivated, and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends
• Basic math and organizational skills for transactions
• Ability to lift/move furniture as needed

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
