Sr Business Analyst : Informatica Data Quality & Reporting

About the job:

Sogeti is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Informatica, Data Quality, SQL Server, and enterprise reporting initiatives to join our growing consulting team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology leadership to support enterprise data governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in Agile environments, and skilled at translating business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise data governance, reporting, and data quality initiatives

• Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and reporting teams to identify data quality issues and support remediation strategies

• Write and analyze complex SQL Server queries for reporting, troubleshooting, validation, and data analysis activities

• Collaborate with teams leveraging Informatica Data Quality and ETL tools to support enterprise data integration initiatives

• Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to support operational and business decision-making

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams

• Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing coordination, and UAT support

What you will bring:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise data, reporting, or analytics initiatives

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality and/or ETL processes, along with advanced SQL Server skills

• Experience with Power BI dashboard development, data governance, and enterprise reporting initiatives

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in Agile environments and fast-paced consulting or client-facing settings

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80,000 - $140,000.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
