Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH (required)
- Comfortable managing critically ill adult ICU patients
Preferred Experience
- Medical ICU
- Neuro ICU/neurological patients
- Meditech experience
Common Procedures
- Intubations
- Central line placement
- Mechanical ventilation management
- Critical care monitoring

- 16-bed ICU
- Collaborative team environment
- Charge RN does not carry a patient assignment
- Typical staffing:
- Days: 1 Charge RN, 8 RNs, 1 PCT (when census >14)
- Nights: Same staffing model
