Throughout our decades of success and growth we have remained committed to our mission and values and these principles unite our people and guide all that we do.A Typical Day The Production Supervisor is responsible for relative assigned shift and/or crew, manage to company personnel/food safety, quality, production, and leadership objectives. The Production Supervisor directly supervises production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with training, teaching, and educating employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.Monitor and control personal practices at the floor level, provides guidance, coaching and mentoring of hourly staff.Monitor and control PMO, USDA, CDFA and FDA compliance through established verification processes.Effectively troubleshoots process deviations related to process control or mechanical up time, works closely with maintenance on scheduled and break in work.Oversees production, ensuring all employee safety, quality and environmental standards are met.Prioritize safety above all other job duties by having a safety first approach at all times.What You Will NeedHigh School diploma and 4 years related experience, Associates degree and 3 years related experience or Bachelor's degree and 1 years of related experience OR equivalent experience.Able to demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.What Will Put You AheadBachelor's degree plus 4 years related experience.Experience with production process and working closely with other departments.CDFA Pasteurizer license.Experience with SAP.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThis role requires physical exertion, exposure to potentially hazardous conditions or safety hazards. The majority of time is spending walking or standing. There are occasional periods of sedentary work. Is required to wear PPE and have a regular presence in manufacturing and warehouse environments in both temperature controlled and uncontrolled locations. Must frequently interact with people verbally. Specific details of the essential functions of the position is available in the Job Safety Analysis, made available on request. Salary Range: USD ($75,539.00 - $113,309.00) ANN The final compensation offered within this range will depend on factors including the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
