Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of technologist experience in modality of supervision Other Information: Additional Education Info: Accredited program in imaging, radiology, or diagnostic medical sonography One of the following is required: ARRT, ARDMS or RDCS or RVT or RVS or NMTCB or ARMRIT. Only ARRT and NMTCB require a CRT license (Certified Radiologic Technologist). Can be certified as: Radiology- Certified as American Registry of Radiology Tech (ARRT) MRI- Advance Certified from American Registry of Radiology Tech (AART) or (ARMRIT) CT- Advance Certified from American Registry of Radiology Tech (AART) Nuclear Medicine- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or (ARRT) Ultrasound- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or (ARRT), Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RSCS by ARDMS), or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT by ARDMS) Mammography- Advance Certified from American Registry of Radiology Tech (AART) Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) About Memorial Healthcare System Memorial Healthcare System is a community of caregivers dedicated to delivering quality patient- and family-centered care.
