In-Home Care SupervisorResponsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred.Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.Location: Addus HomeCare 100 Welday Street Ste D Wintersville, OH 43953At Addus we offer our team the best:Medical, Dental and Vision BenefitsBonusDaily PayCompany Matched 401KContinued EducationPTO PlanRetirement PlanningLife InsuranceEmployee discountsEssential Duties:Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake.Processes patient authorizations and communicate with central admissions, enter reauthorizations into client record and ensure chart preparation for all new clients.Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
