Men's Varsity Head Volleyball Coach

Men's Varsity Head Volleyball Coach for the 2026-2027 season at American Leadership Academy - West Foothills. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card. Responsibilities Make specific requests for equipment and supplies with help from the Assistant Coach. Assign priority based on safety, need and cost. Manage care and distribution of equipment and supplies. Attend all meetings held by the Athletic Director and the League Chairperson. Establish good public relations with parents, teachers, community, and the news media. Report contest results to the Athletic Director. Verify all practice/game fields are safe for players and spectators. Have a well-developed coaching philosophy. Have a “Plan for Success” that outlines expectations and discipline for the program. Develop a year-round action plan for maximizing the potential of each athlete. Other duties as assigned, including any pre or post-season responsibilities.
