We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open communication. Implement employee recognition and engagement programs to enhance morale and retention. Serve as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Manage training and development initiatives, including safety training, handbook updates, and anti-harassment programs. Support HRIS and data management functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Ensure internal communications are clear and effective, helping employees understand their role in the broader company mission. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Process offers, background checks, and coordinate new hire orientation with managers. Facilitate seamless onboarding, ensuring new hires have the necessary resources and a smooth transition into their roles. Strategic HR Initiatives: Contribute to HR-related projects that support operational efficiency and business growth. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.
