This role coordinates investigations across multiple departments, facilitates communication among departments, and leads service recovery efforts to ensure patient concerns are addressed promptly, professionally, and compassionately. This position also identifies trends and opportunities for improvement to support quality care and patient satisfaction across the organization.Educational Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferredEmployment Experience and Skills:Experience in healthcare preferredExperience working with outside departments on improvement projects preferredExperience working with large data sets and platforms. Preferably with a history of working with dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and improving data integration.Comfortable and experienced presenting in front of leadership and staff.Experience in managing performance improvement projectsExperience in managing complaints required. Comfortable working with others to meet deadlines.Experience educating clinical and non-clinical staffFamiliar with patient experience best practices. Familiar with CI CARE model of service delivery.
