Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a CNC Operator. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for shaping, finishing, and preparing stainless steel tubing to meet both standard product specifications and custom rail designs. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Accurately bend stainless steel tubing according to detailed product specifications and custom rail requirements using specialized tools and equipment.
• Carefully package finished products to prevent damage during shipping and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Take on other tasks as assigned to support overall production and operational efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Experience with machine operation is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative and supportive, focused on meeting production goals and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. You will use specialized tools and equipment for precision bending and surface finishing of stainless steel tubing. The role requires comfort with hand tools and machinery.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Portland,TN.
