Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. This position supports the sales team by managing daily administrative tasks, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Sales Coordinator will assist with customer inquiries, coordinate follow-up communications, schedule meetings and site visits, and help organize sales events and promotional activities. The role includes collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and consistent, high-quality customer experiences. This individual will also help track performance metrics, manage CRM data, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen sales efficiency. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support sales processes, documentation, and reporting. Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and support revenue growth. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software), and basic data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries is beneficial.
