Digital Content & Project Specialist

Location: MPGE, 350 Trolley Line Blvd, Mashantucket, CT 06338, USA Job Summary Under the direction of the Digital Manager, the Digital Content & Project Specialist is responsible for primary ownership, management and execution of Foxwoods.com and app content, including programming, publishing and maintaining accuracy across all digital touchpoints. Serves as the day‑to‑day owner of web and app content, ensuring alignment with campaign strategy, business priorities and guest experience. Exercises independent judgment in content prioritization, publishing decisions and content accuracy, directly impacting revenue‑driving channels including hotel, dining, gaming and entertainment. Supports digital signage execution and creative project workflow coordination, serving as a liaison between business units, creative teams and agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing initiatives. Manages multiple concurrent priorities and plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, consistency and performance of the Foxwoods digital ecosystem. Responsibilities Primary owner of web and app content, aligning with campaign strategy, business priorities and guest experience. Exercise independent judgment in content prioritization, publishing decisions and accuracy, driving revenue for hotel, dining, gaming, and entertainment channels. Support digital signage execution and coordinate creative project workflows as liaison among business units, creative teams, and agencies. Manage multiple concurrent priorities, ensuring integrity, consistency and performance of the Foxwoods digital ecosystem. Qualifications Bachelor degree in marketing, broadcast communications, or related field, or 3 years of related work experience. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. Complete understanding of digital video and image file standards, content management systems, and all content file formats, with ability to resolve incompatibilities quickly and effectively. Understanding of HTML and XML preferred. Complete understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office. Energetic and outgoing, with a very strong customer service orientation. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, excellent communication and people skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented collaborative environment and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
