• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR.

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and workflows.
• Ability to translate complex clinical needs into functional specifications for engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical and technical stakeholders.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in healthcare or medical device environments.
• Experience analyzing business processes related to EHR data exchange and integration workflows.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert on interoperability standards.
• Experience supporting digital health services or healthcare technology initiatives.
• Experience working across multiple departments and time zones preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to identify use cases and requirements for digital health services.
• Analyze and document business processes related to EHR data exchange and integration workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on interoperability standards to ensure seamless data flow between medical devices and health systems.
• Translate complex clinical needs into functional specifications for engineering teams.
• Maintain clear communication across multiple departments and time zones to ensure project alignment.
• Support business process analysis and requirement documentation for healthcare integration initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment between business, clinical, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Should Have:

• Experience with additional integration platforms such as Redox.
• Familiarity with EHR vendor environments such as Epic or Cerner.
• Understanding of clinical data standards including SNOMED, LOINC, and ICD.
• Experience working within Agile software development frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
