Hybrid Role | Light Local Travel | Denver Area Residents Only

Position Overview: We're hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter to source, screen, and place top trades talent for high-impact projects. This is a hybrid role based in the Denver, CO area, with occasional on-site client visits.

Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit licensed electricians, plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, and other skilled trades talent; write compelling, keyword-optimized job postings; screen candidates for technical skill, certification, and cultural fit; build and maintain an active pipeline of trade professionals; manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from first call to offer acceptance; conduct occasional on-site interviews and client visits in the Denver area; stay current on certifications, wage trends, and labor market data.

What You Bring: 2+ years of recruiting experience in the skilled trades, construction, or industrial sectors; proven success placing licensed trades professionals; deep understanding of trade certifications (e.g., Journeyman, HVAC/R); strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with ATS/recruiting tools and Microsoft Office; residency in the Denver, CO area (required).
