Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty required. Previous charge experience preferred. Patient ratio experience of 1:1 required. License: Current nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC required. Must-Have: Craniotomy and burr hole experience required. Description: Start date in the next 3-5 weeks preferred. Schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Call and late days may be required. Experience in Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, General/Robotics/Trauma is necessary. The candidate should have skills in various surgical procedures including amputation, fusion, and laparoscopic techniques. Interdisciplinary support includes IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and others. Clinicians must be prepared to complete mandated lab items within 72 hours of acceptance. Modules are non-billable and included during the orientation phase.
