We're seeking a true Outside Sales Hunter to own and grow our Cleveland market — someone with the hunger to build relationships, earn trust, and drive high-quality business.

What You’ll Do:
- Build your own book of business across Greater Cleveland
- Prospect and close new relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, and commercial clients
- Show up on-site when losses occur and represent Integrated with professionalism
- Network relentlessly and maintain a disciplined, organized pipeline
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a clean handoff from sale to service
What Does Success Look Like?
- You’re generating consistent, qualified, and closed business in both mitigation and reconstruction
- You’re known for showing up, following through, and solving problems
- You build partnerships that generate repeat and referral business
- You earn your commission by bringing in work that aligns with our values and mission
What We Offer:
- $90,000 – $130,000+ OTE , based on performance
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission:
- Company vehicle or allowance, cell phone, laptop, and branded gear
